Magics Consisit of 7 bytes.

I- The first byte; 
is unknown but do notice the following
 00 shows up on most white magics (except HARM which is 18, see next line)
 18 shows up on Damaging magics
 20 shows up on ZAP!
 28 shows up on BANE and QUAK
 30 shows up on HEL3 and STOP
 40 shows up on most Effect Attack magics, such as LOCK and MUTE.
 6B shows up on Very high level magics, like NUKE(FIR4) and FADE(HRM5)
 FF shows up on magics that are cast only outside of battle


II- Effectivity Byte ;
Simply a scale of 0-255.
 0 being Worst and FF being Best (Fire at FF does 510 DMG on average)

III- Elemental Byte ;
This byte Denotes the "Element" of the Magic, ussually something simple
like Fire or Ice. a Few of them are rather odd if not unexplainable.
 01 = Special Attack Element, Such as FEAR or CONF.
 02 = Instant Death (BRAK, BANE, RUB)
 04 = STOP and ZAP!'s element, unknown
 08 = RUB and XXXX's element, Instant Death?
 10 = Fire, Increased effect on Undead and Ice creatures
 20 = Ice, Increased effect on Fire Creatures and Decreased on Undead, also Generally slightly stronger than fire
 40 = Lightning, Increased effect on Water Creatures
 80 = QAKE's element, Presumed to be an element which cannot effect air Enemies

IV- Targetting Byte ;
The Targetting byte simply denotes the Targetting system of the magic
 01 = All Enemies, 02 = One Enemy
 04 = Spell Caster
 08 = Whole Party, 10 = One Party Member

V- Effect Byte ;
The Effect byte tells the game What effect the magic will use, Quite often,
one Effect byte will do Entirely Different things if the Effectivity byte is changed,
there for Acting as a Second Effect byte.

Here are some nice magics I came up with during my fiddling time


00-20-00-10-08-E8-28 = Wake Up. The GFX block I choose is the same of sleep, but then I used a different colour than that
				   of sleep, fiddle around with what ever you like, just make sure that Effectivity 
				   is 20 and Effect is 08, the rest can be changed as far as i know, even though
				   I dont know what the first byte is for, 00 is a good guess, since LAMP, AMUT, PURE
				   and other neutralizing magics start with 00.
00-10-00-10-08-B8-26 = Unstun.  Self Explanitory, same principle as Wake up, 10 Effectivity, 08 effect. Used the GFX of fast
				   and the colours of Fire.

6B-FF-10-02-01-D0-2C = MegaFire	and
6B-FF-20-02-01-00-23 = MegaIce 	and
6B-FF-40-02-01-C8-21 = MegaLit.	First i'd like to point out that if you look at NUKE's Stats, it only has 100 Effectivity,
				   and anyone who knows half a thing about hex knows that if you can put FF in the Effectivity
				   byte, then the maximum is 255. Welp in these formulas, the magic will inflict 510 points of
				   damage on neutral enemies, 812 on enemies weak to the element, and 255(?) on emeies resistant
				   to the element. The GFX are simply fire, ice, and lit with nice colours ^_^
